CPA Girls Win European Youth Championships

EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

The last European Youth Chess Championships, held in Batumi (Georgia) from the 20th to the 28th of September, were very successful for CPA members. Two of them won the Gold medals!

CPA at Türkiye İş Bankası Satranç Ligi 2010

In July, the second part of the Super League of Turkey was played. Of course CPA was again present, to defend their respective Turkish Club colors! A Friendly Match between CPA and Turkish Stars

CPA star, World and European Champion Keti Tsatsalashvili faced Turkish star, many times European Champion Kübra Özturk via internet. Keti was on La Palma, Canary Islands, at the moment whereas Kübra was in Turkey. The meeting was very enjoyable and exciting. We got the pictures and present them here to you:

1er Proyecto Intercambio de CPA (Diario Informal)


Durante los últimos años el movimiento benéfico "Chess – a Peace Ambassador" ("El Ajedrez, un embajador de la Paz"), ha organizado programas de intercambio entre Georgia y Cataluña. La meta de dicho programa es desarrollar la amistad entre gentes y pueblos, hacer que los participantes se familiaricen con distintas culturas, facilitar el desarrollo intelectual y, sobre todo, promover el ajedrez como un verdadero embajador de la paz.
